Welcome to my new practice!
I have started this practice in order to continue the work I have been developing over the past 25 years - since I left Wellington Public Hospital and went into private practice. I have worked in a number of locations over these years, most recently with Bay Audiology, located at Molesworth House, Molesworth Street, Wellington.
This proved to be an uncomfortable relationship, and I resigned from Bay Audiology in the middle of 2011.
The focus of my clinical work is on developing a deep understanding of how each person's hearing works, and to develop from that some understanding of how this might be affecting their communication experiences in everyday life. Underlying this approach is the "macroaudiology" model, some details of which are presented in this web site.
Feel free to browse around, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me - I will be happy to discuss any aspect of my work with you.
From time to time, I plan to update the blog and present different aspects of macroaudiology.
Happy hearing, and don't forget to protect your ears!
